Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and iteration of AI-powered content products for TikTok Local Services, focusing on POI data production capabilities including AI-generated location summaries, highlight extraction, trending tags, and scenario-based decision support.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of overseas POI data production, including data collection, processing, enrichment, and quality evaluation to ensure reliable, high-quality location intelligence for international local services.
• Unlock the value of user-generated content across TikTok, including videos, comments, and location-specific reviews, by leveraging large language models to transform unstructured content into actionable recommendation signals.
• Build AI-powered review and summary capabilities that distill community insights into concise, trustworthy, and personalized POI information, enabling users to make faster and more confident local decisions.
• Design product solutions that strengthen the connection between TikTok's online content ecosystem and offline local businesses, supporting the full user journey from discovery to in-store engagement.
• Deeply understand user behaviors and decision-making needs across dining, travel, entertainment, and other local service scenarios, translating market insights into scalable AI-powered content solutions.
• Translate evolving business requirements into clear product strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and executable development plans.
• Define and monitor product success metrics to continuously improve content quality, coverage, personalization, and user trust.
• Partner closely with engineering, algorithm, search, data science, and regional teams to build and optimize AI-powered local discovery experiences.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI and large language model technologies, including content understanding, summarization, tagging, and recommendation, to drive continuous product innovation.
• Localize AI-generated content by incorporating regional language, cultural context, and user behavior to deliver relevant and intuitive local experiences across global markets.
