Job summary

AXS seeks a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end strategy for the Experience Control platform, enabling secure venue ingress and access across regions. You will balance modernization with reliability while working closely with Engineering, Client Services, Field Operations, and venue stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

The role emphasizes APIs, SDKs, integrations, telemetry, and observability, translating capabilities into measurable business outcomes and fan experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver platform or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• Experience supporting mission-critical workflows where reliability, scalability, and performance are essential.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, telemetry, observability, and data-driven product decisions.
• Ability to navigate complex ecosystems spanning modern platforms, legacy systems, integrations, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Experience Control capabilities across the platform.
• Balance reliability, scalability, modernization, and business growth in roadmap decisions.
• Own platform capabilities delivered through applications, APIs, SDKs, integrations, event-driven services, and backend systems.
• Drive product decisions using operational health metrics, telemetry, observability, and performance data.
• Partner with Engineering to define SLIs, reliability goals, resiliency strategies, and operational readiness standards.
• Identify improvements to reduce friction, improve incident response, and increase system reliability.
• Support mission-critical systems where latency and uptime impact fan entry and venue operations.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and Client Services to address operational pain points and improve efficiency.
