Job summary

AXS is seeking an Enterprise B2B Product Manager to own the lifecycle of core platform products. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Client Services, Field Operations, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operations, reliability, and fan experiences across live events.

The ideal candidate blends product instincts with a strong technical foundation, comfortable discussing APIs and distributed systems, and translating capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, MIS, CS or related field.
• 2–4 years in a Product Management role with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with discovery: qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
• Familiarity with Jira and Figma for product work.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Enterprise Platform.
• Balance reliability, scalability, modernization and growth in platform planning.
• Gather customer feedback and market data to steer direction.
• Drive decisions using telemetry, observability, and performance data.
• Prepare product documentation and support GTM with technical insights.
• Lead go-to-market launches using data-driven insights.
• Advocate value of products to stakeholders and customers.
