Job summary

AXS seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Experience Control platform. You will drive platform capabilities powering venue ingress, including ticket validation, scanners, and APIs, across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

You’ll balance modernization with reliability, work with Engineering and Field Operations, and define KPIs to measure success, with emphasis on fan experience and operational efficiency across live events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver platform, integration, or infrastructure-adjacent products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Experience Control capabilities across the platform.
• Balance priorities between reliability, scalability, modernization, and business growth.
• Own capabilities delivered via apps, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and backend systems.
