Job summary

AXS seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Experience Control platform. You will manage mission-critical capabilities powering venue ingress, including ticket validation, scanner apps, APIs, SDKs, and platform services across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

The role requires strong product instincts, a technical foundation, and a systems-thinking mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning APIs, SDKs, integrations, or platform products in modern distributed architectures.
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver platform or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• Experience supporting mission-critical workflows where reliability, scalability, and performance matter.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, telemetry, observability, and data-driven product decisions.
• Strong ability to navigate complex ecosystems spanning modern platforms and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Experience Control capabilities across the platform.
• Balance reliability, scalability, modernization, and business growth in platform decisions.
• Own capabilities delivered through applications, APIs, SDKs, integrations, event-driven services, and back-end systems.
• Drive decisions using operational health metrics, telemetry, and performance data.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define reliability goals and operational readiness standards.
• Identify improvements to reduce friction, improve incident response, and increase reliability.
• Support mission-critical systems where latency and uptime impact fan entry and venue operations.
• Balance needs of diverse venue partners and international markets in global event operations.
• Design, deliver, and maintain integrations enabling reliable ingress operations.
• Work with Field Operations and Client Services to reduce friction for venues and fans.
• Develop deep understanding of venue ingress, access control, credential management, and event-day execution.
• Lead modernization across legacy ingress systems while preserving continuity.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to reliability, efficiency, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate roadmap and risks clearly to stakeholders and executives.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
