Job summary

AXS is seeking an Enterprise B2B Product Manager to join our Enterprise Platform team in Scottsdale, AZ, or Los Angeles, CA. You will manage the entire product life cycle, from planning to execution, aligning with organizational strategy and goals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Client Services, Field Operations, and stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and fan experience across the live event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4-year); Advanced Degree Preferred.
• Experience in a Product Management Role and cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Enterprise Platform capabilities across the AXS platform.
• Establish platform priorities balancing reliability, scalability, modernization, and business growth.
• Understand opportunities by researching customers and analyzing the product landscape.
• Drive product decisions using health metrics, telemetry, observability, and performance data.
• Juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Prepare product documents and support sales/marketing with knowledge and expertise.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and launches with data-driven insights.
• Evangelize and communicate the value of company products and services.
• Participate in planning and execution of strategic initiatives throughout the life cycle.
