Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our Experience Control platform. You will balance modernization, reliability, and growth while collaborating with engineering, field operations, and venue stakeholders to deliver scalable ingress and access control capabilities across North America, Europe, and APAC.

You will drive product decisions using operational telemetry, define SLIs/SLOs, and maintain alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience delivering complex software in Agile environments.
• Experience owning APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with modern distributed architectures and event-driven systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Experience Control capabilities across the AXS platform.
• Establish platform priorities balancing reliability, scalability, modernization, and growth.
• Own capabilities delivered through applications, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and backend systems.
• Drive decisions using telemetry, observability, and performance data.
• Partner with Engineering to define reliability and readiness standards.
• Lead modernization of legacy ingress and access control systems.
