Job summary

Centric Software is hiring a Product Manager for License Compliance & Entitlements to own provisioning, configuration, and governance across deployment models (hosted, customer-cloud, and on‑premise). You will work at the intersection of product, compliance, sales, engineering, support, and legal, using usage data to map licensing to policy and drive the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in product management, license/entitlement management, or software compliance.
• Experience with enterprise software in a B2B context, ideally with single-tenant, customer-cloud, and/or on-premise deployments.
• Demonstrated experience with software licensing, entitlements, or license compliance.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate usage data into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review customer configuration and usage data across deployment models to verify contract scope.
• Define/license API access, including AI services and RPA tools, and align with product controls.
• Own the entitlement roadmap and collaborate with engineering to implement guardian controls.
• Partner with sales, support, and legal to enable smooth customer conversations and renewals.
• Contribute to contract language and licensing terms to reflect new access models.
• Join customer/prospect calls to explain usage policies and licensing.
