Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own critical platform roadmaps in the Customer & Developer Experience team. You will shape onboarding experiences for customers and internal users, and drive how our portal and control center evolve to be easier to adopt, scalable, and intuitive.

You'll work with engineering to translate complex platform work into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps, manage tradeoffs, and ensure successful delivery and ongoing evolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning software platform roadmaps.
• Strong experience with: Web applications and REST APIs, system integrations and platform services.
• Deep understanding of platform product management, including identity, access, and internal tooling.
• Strong product fundamentals: discovery, customer research, feature scoping and roadmaps ownership.
• Be based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the Control Center web application capabilities, including: Authentication and identity management & User roles, permissions, and access control.
• Partner with the documentation team to develop and maintain a world-class Pismo developer portal, including frontend features, backend content management infrastructure, and integrations with other developer-focused products.
• Define and drive improvements to internal platform tools to increase efficiency, usability, and adoption.
• Lead product discovery by evaluating customer, developer, and internal stakeholder needs.
• Scope, plan, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable customer and business impact.
