Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking an Expert Software Product Manager to own licensing, entitlements, subscription management, and compliance-driven platform requirements within the Workforce Experience software.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, security, legal and business stakeholders, translating complex needs into executable roadmaps for scalable licensing platforms.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS, SWE, IS, or related field.
• 7–10 years of product management or SaaS platform experience.
• Strong background in SaaS licensing, entitlement management, and subscription platforms.
• Experience with compliance-driven product development (FedRAMP/IRAP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own licensing and entitlement product domain end-to-end: license creation, provisioning, assignment, validation, subscriptions, renewals, and scalability.
• Define requirements for complex licensing across direct, partner, and bundled offerings.
• Lead FedRAMP readiness as product owner: translate security/compliance needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, legal, and operations to resolve design tradeoffs for scalable platform capabilities.
• Translate ambiguous needs into PRDs, backlogs, and actionable development plans.
• Drive roadmap alignment for entitlement management, auditability, and compliance workflows.
