Job summary

Level AI, a learning technology company, is seeking a driven Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Online Platform team. You will bridge engineering and business strategy, translating complex technical needs into roadmaps that deliver measurable value for students, educators, and developers.

You'll own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborate with design and marketing, define detailed PRDs, and lead sprint planning while championing user research and data-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including technical products.
• Ability to discuss architecture, APIs, data models, and system design with engineers.
• Proven track record delivering complex software end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess feasibility and scope features.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
• Champion user feedback through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance.
• Own API and platform strategy, including developer tooling and integrations.
• Design experiments and analyze results to guide next steps.
• Maintain thorough product documentation and process guides.
