Job summary

GroundWork Renewables is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a new hardware‑plus‑subscription program from pilots through public launch and scale. You will align hardware, firmware, cloud data, and analytics into a single offering for utility-scale solar owners, setting requirements and driving a team across engineering, lab, and field deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience; 3+ years as a senior IC owning end-to-end product.
• Hands-on with connected-device product lines, instrumentation, telemetry, cloud ingestion, and analytics.
• Experience shipping IoT or hardware-plus-software offerings to commercial customers.
• Experience with recurring-revenue subscription models and pilot-to-productization.
• Cross-functional coordination across engineering, analytics, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; product definitions usable by sales and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product ownership across hardware, firmware, cloud platform, data analytics, and deliverables.
• Translate customer needs into written requirements and maintain the source-of-truth product definition.
• Approve functional direction and present roadmaps to CTO/CEO as needed.
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap from pilots to commercial scale.
• Coordinate pilot execution, data access, lab analysis, and deliverables.
• Own cost-to-deliver model and contribute to pricing and packaging decisions.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, lab, field teams, and engineering.
• Represent GroundWork externally at industry events and customer reviews.
