Job summary

Heath Consultants, Inc. seeks a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of its hardware portfolio in the gas-utility sector.

You will translate customer needs and regulatory trends into a roadmap, then partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations to deliver solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years in product management or engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum and PRD

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in product management or engineering roles.
Experience taking products through lifecycle and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
Solid fluency discussing hardware, embedded systems, firmware, sensors and field requirements.
Familiarity with Stage-Gate, Agile/Scrum, and product documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from market discovery to post-launch optimization.
Translate customer needs and regulatory trends into a compelling product roadmap.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations to deliver solutions.
Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new features.
Build business cases including TAM, revenue projections, and build-vs-buy analyses.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across processes and teams.
