Job summary

Iteris seeks a Sr. Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for hardware management software and services, including device monitoring, remote configuration, diagnostics, OTA updates, and lifecycle tiers.

The role also shapes requirements for the hardware platform, targeting manageability, reuse, and manufacturability to enable secure, scalable management across the installed base. Onsite work is required at Austin, Irvine, or Santa Ana.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for device monitoring, remote configuration, diagnostics, health reporting, alerts, and OTA firmware/software update workflows.
• Own the commercialization of management software and service tiers; collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, TCO models, and launch plans.
• Drive integration requirements across hardware, software, and services to deliver a unified management experience.
