CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Falcon Complete's internal tooling, including AI-native investigation, ticketing and the analyst workbench, to support MDR operations.

You will partner with SOC leaders, analysts and engineers to translate workflows into concrete requirements, balancing 24/7 needs with a durable roadmap and delivering improvements that speed detection, investigation and response at scale.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to security operations, MDR/SOC tooling, case management systems, or other internal/operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of security operations workflows, detection triage, investigation, and incident response, and what makes tooling effective for analysts working at scale.
• Experience partnering with internal, operationally-focused stakeholders to define and prioritize a roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements for engineering and leadership.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
• Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for Falcon Complete's internal tooling, including AI-native investigation and triage, ticketing/case management, and the analyst workbench, in coordination with leadership to ensure alignment with overall Falcon Complete product strategy.
• Partner closely with operations leaders and analysts to understand day-to-day workflows and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to reduce analyst cycles, accelerate investigation and response times, and improve consistency of service delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize, build, and ship features improving detection triage, case workflows, operational reporting, and customer experiences.
• Define and track metrics to demonstrate the impact of tooling on analyst productivity, response time, and customer outcomes.
• Engage with operations, support, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and shape future direction.
• Work with a team of high-performing professionals in a highly collaborative environment.
