Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for Falcon Complete's internal platforms, including AI-native investigation tooling and case management.

You will align with SOC leadership to deliver scalable tooling that improves detection, response speed, and analyst efficiency. In this role you will partner with engineering, data science and operations to translate workflows into concrete requirements, measure impact with metrics, and balance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in security operations or MDR/SOC tooling.
• Strong understanding of security workflows, detection triage, investigation and incident response.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize a roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and leadership.
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Falcon Complete's internal tooling.
• Translate workflows into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Lead AI-enabled automation to reduce analyst cycles and improve outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to ship features for triage, case workflows and reporting.
• Define and track metrics to demonstrate impact on productivity and customer outcomes.
