Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product work for manufactured housing insurance. You will connect data, market intelligence, and customer needs to keep the product competitive and profitable across regions and states.

You will collaborate with actuarial, IT, sales, operations, and product support to move ideas through filings, implementation, and launch while driving ongoing optimization and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analysis or product management.
• Strong analytical and SQL skills, with use of product performance data to identify opportunities.
• Experience leading or owning multiple stages of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufactured home insurance product work end to end, translating performance, needs, and dynamics into clear priorities.
• Lead filing-related work, including research, actuarial partnership, rate considerations, and regulatory review.
• Review performance reports, market trends, and release/docs to ensure teams are ready to execute.
• Use SQL and insights to identify opportunities, track success, and recommend improvements.
• Drive initiatives from problem identification through requirements, QA, release, and monitoring.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and align priorities for a seamless experience.
• Support the full lifecycle from idea to retirement with ongoing optimization.
