Qualifications

• 2+ years analyzing or supporting the performance of insurance, lending, banking, credit, healthcare-benefit, or other regulated financial products.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel formulas and functions and data visualization) with ability to translate data into findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance, profitability, customer needs, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Turn complex data into clear reports, visualizations, and actionable insights for leaders and business partners.
• Conduct competitive research and support decisions involving product positioning, pricing, rates, forms, and underwriting guidelines.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, and product documentation.
• Support product changes from planning through QA, regulatory filing, release, implementation, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with Product Management, Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, Technology, and other teams to deliver improvements.
• Proactively identify product, reporting, and process gaps and recommend practical solutions.
