Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Management Sr. Manager within Treasury Management to lead a team responsible for a portfolio of immediate payments solutions, including Real Time Payments, FedNow, ePayments, Direct-to-Debit Card Payments and Zelle Disbursements.

You will define and execute the strategy and multi-year roadmap across these products, driving adoption, usage and financial outcomes. You will partner with Product Development, Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and Compliance to shape

• Extensive Immediate Payments product management experience.
• Ability to partner across product development, operations and sales.
• Ability to define and execute work across platforms.
• Strong communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product strategy plan for the Immediate Payments product line including the competitive position, growth strategies, financial and performance metrics and product roadmap.
• Champions product improvements including appropriate business justification and prioritization.
• Manages the product financials including budgeting and forecasting of revenue growth and direct expenses.
• Partners closely with Operations, Sales, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance partners to ensure a positive end-to-end client experience.
• Partners closely with Go-to-Market teams to develop and maintain appropriate marketing, collateral and communication materials.
• Participates in industry groups such as The Clearing House RTP Business Committee and meets with Federal Reserve representatives to ensure PNC is actively engaged in industry discussions and changes.
• Collaborates with other PNC lines of business including Retail and others on enterprise immediate payments initiatives.
