Job summary

toogeza is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive iGaming projects built on the SoftSwiss platform. You will own product roadmaps, coordinate with platform providers, account managers, CRM, analytics, marketing, affiliates, customer support, risk and operations to deliver features and experiments.

The role requires deep knowledge of online casino and sportsbook product funnels, strong prioritization, and excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in iGaming.
• Deep knowledge of online casino and sportsbook products, KPIs, and funnels.
• Experience delivering through external platform providers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product development of iGaming projects built on the SoftSwiss platform.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps across projects, covering new features, improvements, changes, experiments, UX, and platform requests.
• Analyze product metrics and identify growth opportunities across registrations, deposits, retention, and activity.
• Coordinate tasks between internal teams and the external platform (CRM, marketing, analytics, affiliates, support, payments, risk).
• Prepare high-quality requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, checklists, and edge cases for the platform team.
• Manage launch of features from ideation through testing, release, monitoring, and post-release analysis.
