Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support casino operator clients using the Game Aggregator platform. You’ll nurture relationships, understand client needs, and drive value from our product to ensure a smooth experience.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and cross-functional teams to resolve requests, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for growth in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong written and spoken English at B2+ level.
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to analyse data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues efficiently.
• Confident communication and collaboration with international, cross-functional teams.
• Written and spoken Russian.
• Experience in the iGaming industry or working with B2B digital products.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with casino operator clients and act as a reliable point of contact for their requests
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely support
• Identify opportunities to introduce relevant services, game content, and other solutions to existing clients
• Monitor account and product performance, analyse data, and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Support, and other internal teams to resolve client issues and requirements efficiently
• Stay informed about iGaming market trends and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
