Risk is an international iGaming company with 1000+ professionals across 20+ locations, operating in 10 countries and serving over 300,000 customers. We are seeking a technically adept individual to design and evolve internal tools for monitoring, security, and product stability.

You will own initiatives end-to-end, coordinate with DevOps, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams, and drive production reliability across web and app platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with client-server knowledge.
• Solid understanding of microservices, load balancing, and production environments.
• Experience turning business needs into clear technical specs.
• Ability to research, compare solutions, and adopt new tech quickly.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps and infra teams.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve internal tools for monitoring, security, automation, and product stability.
• Own initiatives end-to-end from requirements to rollout.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and specs for teams.
• Coordinate delivery with DevOps, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers across initiatives.
• Ensure production stability across web and app products; manage logs, monitoring, and incident response.
• Investigate infra issues, identify root causes, drive solutions with engineering teams.
• Research technical requirements across markets and translate into solutions.
