Job summary

AGS is seeking a Product Manager to own and grow a portfolio of online games, including real-money gaming content, across regulated U.S. and international markets. You will translate market data into a prioritized roadmap and coordinate with Customer, Commercial, Development, Compliance and Platform teams.

You will write specs, manage releases, analyze RTP/hold/session length, and ensure compliance. The role requires collaboration with operators and studios to deliver engaging, compliant games

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in online/social casino or regulated gaming.
• Understanding of RTP, volatility and hit frequency; willingness to learn.
• Experience shipping digital products with engineering and design teams; writing specs.
• Comfort working with data; SQL or analytics tooling is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in gaming.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to understand market strategies and needs.
• Quot the release schedules and roadmaps for markets and categories.
• Partner on the product roadmap for online games/titles from concept through launch.
• Write clear product requirements, game specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering and studios.
• Analyze in-market performance data to identify what's working and iterate.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure games meet jurisdictional requirements.
• Work with business development to understand operator needs and inputs into roadmap.
• Coordinate with platform/aggregation teams to manage certification and go-live timelines.
• Track competitive titles and market trends across RMG and social casino.
• Present roadmap updates, launch results, and business cases to leadership.
