Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record.
• Leadership to manage virtual teams across a matrix.
• Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with strategic and financial business planning.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategy including roadmaps.
• Maximize product line performance via orders, sales, profitability.
• Manage cost targets and investments for tech and marketing.
• Lead NPD launches with internal/external resources and budgets.
• Contribute to business plans and growth commitments.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on GTM and channel strategy.
