Job summary

Watts Industries seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the commercial performance of a product portfolio from development through obsolescence. You will drive portfolio strategy, NPD launches, and go-to-market plans while coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and engineering.

The role requires 8+ years in product management, a engineering/marketing background, and strong leadership. Hybrid work is available with in-office three days a week in Andover, MA and remote two

Qualifications

8+ years of related Product Management experience with a proven track record.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product portfolio strategy across its lifecycle.
Lead New Product Development launches and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize go-to-market plans.
Monitor performance against financial targets and adjust plans.
Travel as needed to train and support teams globally.
