Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Global Commodity Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies across our global supply base, driving cost reduction and risk mitigation while ensuring quality, delivery, and compliance. This hybrid role is based in North Andover, MA.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Product Development to support new product launches and ongoing production, lead supplier negotiations, and manage a risk program for continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years in supply chain operations, with cast iron and valves experience.
• Experience in establishing strategic sourcing plans and delivering YoY savings.
• Lean/Six Sigma transformation experience.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost reduction strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage metrics: Supplier Quality, Service, Cost, Safety and Integrity.
• Lead supplier negotiations and project implementation for assigned commodities.
• Develop relationships with Engineering, Product Management and external suppliers.
• Maintain a Supplier Risk Management Program focused on capacity, quality and delivery.
