Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product portfolio from strategy and development through lifecycle, reporting to the Director of Product Management. The role is hybrid, based in North Andover, MA, and requires collaboration with sales, marketing and global teams to drive orders, profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in product management with a proven track record.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic and financial plans.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and work across a matrix.
• Sales channel or management experience; engineering background helpful.
• Strong influencing, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starting attitude.
• Willingness to travel; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle management.
• Maximize product line performance through orders, sales and profitability.
• Ensure alignment with base cost targets and investments in marketing and technology.
• Lead New Product Development plans and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare and present business plans, budgets and growth commitments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence; update databases.
• Create training materials and educate Watts sales teams on product features.
