Job summary

Watts Water is seeking a Sr. Product Manager in Massachusetts to oversee a product portfolio across its lifecycle. You will shape strategy, drive new product development and commercialization, and manage financial performance to meet growth targets.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and is based in North Andover with hybrid work options. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in product management, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver strategic and financial

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience with a track record of success.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage through matrix structures.
Strong presentation and communication skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute portfolio strategy, value proposition, and lifecycle planning.
Maximize product line performance via orders, sales growth, profitability and cash flow.
Ensure adherence to base cost targets while investing in technology and marketing.
Lead New Product Development launches including budgets, campaigns, and sales plans.
Prepare and participate in business plans, strategy and operating plan reviews.
Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and channel partner management.
Monitor market needs, trends and competitive intelligence for the product lines.
Support training materials and sessions for customers and Watts sales personnel.
