Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to define the product line strategy, develop roadmaps, and drive product requirements. You will bridge business, UX, and engineering in a matrix environment, leading development from ideation to launch and ongoing lifecycle management.

A strong VoC focus and collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and marketing are essential. The role is onsite in North Andover, MA, with travel of at least 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
• 5+ years in product management with a proven track record.
• Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define product line strategy and develop the roadmaps.
• Lead New Product Development from ideation through launch and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and marketing.
• Gather VoC insights and translate into business cases and requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and profitability for product lines.
• Coordinate with sales and channel partners for go-to-market plans.
