Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to be the data partner for our pharmacy and managed care brands. You’ll own the analytics relationship, translate questions into actionable insights, and shape data products that support formulary, access, and payer-focused audiences.

You’ll work with editorial, sales, and client services leaders, building dashboards and KPIs while collaborating with product scientists to ensure data quality and impactful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, CS, or health-related field.
• 4–6 years in data analysis or business intelligence with at least 2 years touching pharmacy, managed care, payer, PBM, market access, or life sciences data.
• A track record of analyses that changed a business decision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics lead for pharmacy and managed care brands, working with editorial, sales, marketing, and client services leaders.
• Translate business questions into analyses and guide stakeholders to ask the right questions.
• Own analytics end to end: audience identification, engagement, and changes across sites, newsletters, events, and programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks and retire unused ones.
• Support client-facing work: campaign performance, audience profiles, and insights for pharma and payer clients.
• Collaborate with Product Scientists and Engineers on data quality, definitions, and Snowflake pipelines.
• Incorporate outside data (formulary, coverage, NPI/NCPDP, prescribing data) and acknowledge data limits.
• Write concise recommendation memos stating meaning and next steps.
• Follow up post-delivery to assess impact and iterate.
• Use AI tools daily to write queries, explore data, and ship faster, with critical review.
• Mentor junior analysts and help lead AI Accelerator workshops or office hours.
