Job summary
Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Insights to shape the analytics strategy across Clinical Solutions. You will lead the development of customer-facing and internal analytics capabilities, translating strategic priorities into a focused roadmap that drives clinical and operational impact.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years in product management, analytics, informatics, or healthcare tech.
- Proven success delivering data or analytics products in clinical or health-system contexts.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, LOINC) and analytics tools/platforms.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience applying AI/ML or GAI in product or analytics contexts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics product vision, prioritization, and delivery across Clinical Solutions.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and embedded insights for clinicians and health leaders.
- Translate strategy into actionable analytics plans with Technology, Informatics, and Analytics teams.
- Apply generative AI to accelerate insight delivery and data exploration.
- Define and track product OKRs and KPIs to drive measurable outcomes.
- Ensure data quality and governance to support trusted analytics.
