Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Insights to shape and execute the analytics strategy across our Clinical Solutions portfolio. You will lead development of both customer-facing and internal analytics capabilities to drive clinical and operational impact, translating priorities into a focused roadmap.

You will collaborate with Technology, Informatics, and Analytics teams to deliver high-value insights, ensure data quality, and support commercialization and adoption

Competenze

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, analytics, informatics, or healthcare technology.
• Proven success delivering data or analytics products, ideally in clinical or health system contexts.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, LOINC) and analytics tools/platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying AI/ML or GAI in a product or analytics context is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in informatics, public health, or data science preferred.

• Support Commercialization & Adoption: Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to bring analytics products to market.
• Serve as the Voice of Analytics: Align stakeholders and contribute to portfolio planning.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes to keep capabilities innovative and compliant.
