Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Insights to shape and execute the analytics strategy across Clinical Solutions. You will lead the development of both customer-facing and internal analytics capabilities to empower clinicians and health leaders with actionable insights.

You will translate strategic goals into a focused analytics product roadmap, collaborate across Technology, Informatics, and Analytics teams, and drive measurable business and customer outcomes while

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management, analytics, informatics, or healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and analytics tools.
• AI/ML or generative AI experience in product/analytics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics product roadmap across Clinical Solutions products.
• Drive insight generation for clinicians, pharmacists, and health leaders.
• Translate strategy into actionable analytics delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Define and track OKRs/KPIs to measure impact and value.
