Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Clinical Intelligence to lead end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery through adoption, in a hybrid work model across multiple locations. The role partners with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes in clinical and quality domains.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data/Analytics, Technology or relevant field.
• 10+ years' experience in product management, healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, data and analytics strategy, or equivalent.
• Experience with clinical/quality/Stars/Population Health or related health plan functions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value clinical and quality problems by understanding business goals, user workflows, decision points and pain points.
• Turn ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, use cases, requirements and measurable success criteria.
• Own Clinical Intelligence product strategy, roadmaps and prioritization across functions.
• Build business cases linking investments to clinical, quality, operational, financial and regulatory outcomes.
• Partner with DTS Product Managers; define problem, users, priorities, requirements and adoption needs.
• Guide cross-functional work from discovery to delivery and adoption, aligning stakeholders on decisions and tradeoffs.
• Measure product utilization, adoption and outcomes; suggest optimization or further investment.
• Advance responsible uses of analytics, automation, predictive capabilities and AI where they improve decisions and workflows.
