Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives improving patient care and pharmacy operations. You will work autonomously with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations leaders to set product standards and mentor peers.

You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, balancing regulatory constraints with growth opportunities in a complex healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience launching products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to work with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytics using product metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or fintech.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact areas.
• Define strategy, roadmaps, and multi-quarter plans.
• Translate business and clinical needs into requirements.
• Lead discovery through research, data analysis, and experiments.
• Align senior stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs with data.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and drive continuous improvement.
• Anticipate regulatory and technical constraints for scalable solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise org maturity.
