Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver high‑impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This senior IC role operates with significant autonomy and partners with engineering, design, clinical, and data teams.

You will lead discovery, translate complex needs into requirements, drive tradeoffs with data, establish KPIs, and mentor other product managers while navigating healthcare and regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management owning complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by articulating tradeoffs and outcomes using data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments.
