Fuze Health is hiring a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders, and drive discovery and execution end-to-end.

In this role you’ll balance technical requirements with regulatory constraints, communicate clearly, and measure outcomes to inform strategy, reporting to senior product leaders within the Care and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles (e.g., program management, analytics).
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs to drive decisions.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for specs and discussions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma and Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined strategy.
• Translate needs into clear specs with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Lead feature discussions with cross-functional partners and customers.
• Support discovery via research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption; may own OKR/QBR reporting for area.
• Triangulate features and bugs; connect engineering to user outcomes.
• Understand regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
