Job summary

Iteris is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of hardware management and monitoring software and services, including VantageLink and VantageCare. You will shape requirements for the underlying hardware platform and ensure devices are manageable and scalable.

The role requires hands-on leadership across device monitoring, remote configuration, diagnostics, OTA updates, and lifecycle service tiers, with onsite work in Austin, TX or Irvine/Santa Ana, CA.

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of Iteris' hardware management and monitoring software and services, including VantageLink and VantageCare, spanning device monitoring, remote configuration, diagnostics, OTA updates, and lifecycle service tiers. This role also shapes the requirements and direction of the underlying hardware platform (intersection detection, sensors, edge compute, and connectivity), ensuring devices are designed for manageability, reuse, and manufacturability. Your mission is to deliver a unified, reliable, and secure management experience across the installed base that accelerates solution innovation and simplifies large-scale operations. The primary work location for this position will be determined based on the selected candidate's geographic location and business needs, with onsite work required at one of the following offices: Austin, TX; Irvine, CA; or Santa Ana, CA.

What you will be doing:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for device monitoring, remote configuration, diagnostics, health reporting, alerts, and OTA firmware/software update workflows
• Own the commercialization of management software and service tiers (e.g., device management, monitoring, preventative maintenance, warranty/coverage tiers, support bundles); collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, TCO models, and launch plans
