Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of engineering or product management experience.
• Experience driving product through multiple lifecycle stages from discovery to end-of-life.
• Strong technical fluency with hardware, embedded systems, firmware and sensors.
• Experience with Stage-Gate processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter hardware roadmap for leadership and customers.
• Translate market and customer needs into clearly scoped requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering through design reviews, planning, and launch readiness.
• Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market messaging for new features.
• Develop messaging, demos, and sales enablement materials; gather market insights.
• Build business cases with TAM, revenue projections, and build-vs-buy analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, sales, customer success, and ops.
• Establish KPIs and use data to iterate on product strategy.
