Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for device monitoring, remote configuration, diagnostics, health reporting, alerts, and OTA firmware/software update workflows
• Own the commercialization of management software and service tiers; collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, TCO models, and launch plans
• Drive integration requirements across hardware and software domains
