Job summary

Pampered Chef is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Guest Party and Shopping Experience strategy. You will drive the roadmap for removing friction for guests to purchase or become hosts, while coordinating with UX and other senior PMs to align with the broader digital vision.

You will prototype with AI tools, run experiments, and build clear business cases for initiatives. You will lead with a customer-focused approach, measure outcomes, and push for data-driven decisions that improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Strategy
• Hands-on AI tool experience to build prototypes
• Data analysis fluency or ability to direct AI-driven analysis
• Experimentation (A/B) design and interpretation
• UX/design partnership during discovery and problem definition

Responsibilities

• Own the guest party shopping path strategy and roadmap.
• Drive outcomes for purchasing guests, hosting bookings and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with UX and other PMs to align domain priorities with the digital vision.
• Lead rapid discovery, validation, and AI-enabled prototyping with rigorous experiments.
• Define initiatives with briefs and business cases, including success metrics.
