Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Guest AI to own strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for guest‑facing AI initiatives across on‑site and off‑site experiences, unlocking new commerce capabilities.

You will lead a portfolio of initiatives with Product Owners reporting into you, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Digital Product teams to translate strategy into executable projects and measurable guest impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with cross-functional, guest-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and data-driven development.
• Experience leading in Agile/Scrum environments and communicating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Guest AI vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Lead AI initiatives to expand discovery, personalization, and commerce.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Digital Product teams.
