You will partner with product development, marketing, creative and sales to translate insights into tangible opportunities, develop briefs, track KPIs, and keep stakeholders aligned on

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product development, marketing, creative, sales, and other teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the strategy and roadmap for assigned product categories.
• Conduct market research, competitive product analysis, retail evaluations, and consumer research to maintain a current view of the landscape.
• Translate insights into clear product opportunities and category strategy.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align priorities and drive products from concept through launch and beyond.
• Develop detailed product briefs translating strategy into direction for product, creative, and marketing.
• Track KPIs and recommend improvements based on results.
• Serve as category subject matter expert and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and risks.
