Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Guest Services to shape a new business line. You will define the vision, roadmap, and experiments that connect guests with services like private chefs, photographers, and car services, ensuring a delightful, scalable experience.

You will own metrics, collaborate with engineering, design, and data science, and guide cross-functional teams through ambiguous problem spaces, delivering MVPs and iterating based on data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Track record of taking 0→1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and graduation.
• Experience prototyping using AI tools to prove hypotheses and gather user feedback quickly.
• Strong business acumen; size opportunities and translate hypotheses into MVP scopes.
• Ability to structure new problem spaces into actionable roadmaps with minimal process.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across business, partnerships, engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience developing product narratives with marketing and communications to bring offerings to market.
• Hands-on individual contributor product work in scrappy environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for guest services.
• Ship and iterate fast; prototype with engineering and design, launch experiments, analyze results, decide what to scale.
• Live in the data; define metrics like conversion, attach rate, and guest satisfaction to identify opportunities.
• Interact with guests; read reviews and support tickets; bring guest voice into prioritization discussions.
• Balance the marketplace; coordinate with supply and operations to ensure sustainability for hosts and partners.
• Drive clarity across orgs by aligning engineering, design, marketing, ops, and leadership on strategy.
