Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to shape how our B2B SaaS platform is positioned and adopted across the customer lifecycle.

You will translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear positioning and messaging for launches, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate brings 6-8+ years in product marketing and is comfortable building AI workflows to improve marketing efficiency while collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success,

Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS.
Experience creating AI workflows and agents to evolve product marketing processes and efficiency.
Proven ability to turn customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

Maintain ongoing research into customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Own ongoing positioning and messaging across the customer journey.
Partner with PMMs and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product direction into launch and adoption strategies.
Develop enablement materials to support Sales and Customer Success.
