Job summary

Airbnb seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager for Guest Services to help build a new business line at global scale. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmap for services that enhance guest experiences from discovery to delivery.

You will partner with supply, engineering, design, data science and operations, iterating quickly and using data to drive decisions while leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Track record of taking 0→1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and graduation to scaled products.
• Experienced builder: ability to prototype using the latest AI tools to prove hypotheses and get user feedback quickly.
• Strong business acumen: ability to size opportunities and translate loosely-defined hypotheses into testable MVP scopes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity: ability to structure new problem spaces into actionable roadmaps with minimal process.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across business, partnerships, engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience developing product narratives and working with marketing and communications to bring new offerings to market.
• Hands-on individual contributor with attention to detail in scrappy environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how guests discover, book, and enjoy services—from the first impression to the chef's arrival or the car drop-off.
• Ship and iterate fast by prototyping with engineering and design, launching experiments, reading results, and deciding what to double down on.
• Live in the data: define metrics like conversion, attach rate, and repeat bookings to identify opportunities and drop-off points.
• Talk to guests, read reviews and support tickets, and bring the real guest voice into prioritization conversations.
• Balance marketplace interests by partnering with supply and operations teams to ensure sustainability for hosts and partners.
• Drive clarity across orgs by aligning engineering, design, marketing, ops, legal, and leadership to a shared strategy.
