You will guide investments across acquisition, trials, and paid conversion, partnering with data science to run fast experiments and with design to optimize user experiences.

You will work with engineering and product teams to drive value, assess trade-offs, and ship high-impact features with autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing products and end-to-end UI/UX ownership.
• Track record driving measurable business outcomes in growth contexts (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue).
• Strong product judgment; capable of making trade-offs with data support.
• Analytically fluent; partners with data scientists on experiments and analytics.
• Commitment to high-quality consumer craft and design detail.
• Self-starter who works autonomously with clear communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle.
• Drive end-to-end business impact: new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, retention.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation program with data science collaboration.
• Make trade-offs across growth, experience, and economics with transparent reasoning.
• Collaborate with design and engineering on entry points, paywalls, flows, and UI.
• Own the plan, align partners across teams, and ship with minimal oversight.
