Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Experience as a Product Data Scientist or closely partnering with product teams to shape strategy.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth team focusing on Gold subscriptions.
• Design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve targeting, retention, and messaging for Gold.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
