Robinhood in New York is seeking a Product Manager for the Advisor Marketplace to own the product from discovery to funded accounts, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Compliance.

You will drive the full funnel, with emphasis on demand generation, matching, onboarding, and client-advisor enablement, while leveraging data and experiments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech or wealth tech.
• Experience owning a multi-sided marketplace funnel.
• Experience with regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ownership mindset and scrappy, self-starter attitude.
• Passion for empowering financial advisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Marketplace.
• Manage end-to-end marketplace funnel and drive improvements.
• Define and manage marketplace health metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science to ship features.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, Risk to embed regulatory requirements.
• Integrate marketplace with broader RIA platform and apps.
• Drive go-to-market with Marketing, Sales, Operations.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve client experience.
• Stay ahead of wealth management trends.
