Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth, to own the growth funnel for Gold membership. You will influence acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, activation of benefits, and long-term retention across the product and user journey, partnering with data science, design, and engineering to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned end-to-end UI/UX with design partners.
• Track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context (acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics).
• Analytical fluency and experience partnering with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle, from discovery to paid conversion and long-term retention.
• Drive business impact end to end; tie every product decision to outcomes that matter for the business.
• Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with data science; size opportunities, design tests, and scale decisions.
• Make hard trade-offs across growth, experience, and economics with clear data-driven reasoning.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive, persuasive experiences and refine entry points, paywalls, onboarding, copy, and UI.
• Write the plan, rally partners across engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, and ship with minimal oversight.
